Kelly Rauktis is a seasoned marketing executive with over 20 years of experience driving revenue growth for B2B and B2C companies across technology, professional services, healthcare, and financial sectors. She has led marketing organizations from startup to scale, built teams from the ground up, and served as a trusted strategic partner to CEOs, boards, and investors.
Before founding CapitalClass Marketing, Kelly held VP and CMO-level roles where she consistently delivered measurable results — tripling pipeline, rebuilding brand positioning, integrating AI into marketing operations, and aligning sales and marketing into unified revenue engines.
Kelly founded CapitalClass Marketing because she saw a gap in the market: growing businesses desperately needed senior marketing leadership but couldn't justify — or find — the right full-time hire.
